I am an Associate Broker with West USA Realty. My education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, industry designations of Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and certification by the Arizona Association of REALTORS as an ethics instructor. I am experienced in residential real estate financing; market conditions in the Greater Phoenix Area (Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Apache Junction and the surounding areas); contract negotiation; and transaction management.
